Following the success of The Legends Charity Golf Classic in 2008, Remedy Oak GC has again teamed up with Sir Ian Botham to host The Legends Charity Golf Classic on Tuesday, 14th July 2009. We are once again fortunate to receive the support of The Hendy Group for what will be another superb event.
Remedy Oak GC is located near Horton in Dorset. If you imagine a championship course as close to perfect all year round you will not be far away. Remedy Oak nestles within 256 acres of ancient woodland which lends a sense of maturity and stature even though it's brand new.
The event will once again enable teams to play golf with, and enjoy the company of, stars from the world of sport. Stars who played last year include: Matt Le Tissier, Matt Dawson, Jonathan Davies, Mike Catt, Sean Fitzpatrick, Allan Lamb, John Francome, Gordon Brand Jnr to name but a few.
